- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never encountered a more unprofessional experience in my life! And I'm still not through with her! She doesn't answer her phone, her office says it's open but yet the door is locked, doesn't return phone calls when I do get through to her answering service, has postponed my closing date several times, says she will send copies of the docs via email and doesn't.
